Dwight Street Management, Inc. (DSM) is a full service property management company - a dedicated group of professionals specializing in residential and commercial properties under 200 units.

DSM specializes in apartment buildings, community associations, and commercial buildings in the greater Boston area. DSM, Inc. is a property management, and maintenance and construction company. We are not a realty agent in any capacity, are very willing to assist with any project, both large and small that may come up in the rental or sale of a property. We have been successful in reducing costs and providing the best services through a dedicated group of employees who have a license, a trade or a skill in their field of expertise. With our fleet of radio dispatched, fully equipped trucks we are ready to address any scheduled or unexpected building needs.

The business was started in 1988 to provide consulting, management and maintenance services, all within one company, at a reasonable price to buildings that were either too small or financially unstable to sustain a full time superintendent. Our mission has been and will be, to have each building with in twenty minutes travel time from each other. We have an accounting office in Boston and Needham and a maintenance office in Boston.
